GNOME-Run-Dialog v1.7.0

This is a Prototype of a reimplementation of the panel-run-dialog in pygtk.
Features:
- run applications with Environment-Variables (“LANG=C foo”) – KILLER –
- run applications in a terminal
- run applications as root (via gksu)
- run applications both in a terminal and as root
- run applications with a selected file as arguement
- re-use the history from the original dialog
- clear the history (for both dialogs)
- auto-completion of commands
